Why Neighbors Hire Us

We work on your house the way we would want someone to work on ours. That shows up in small things, like where we park and how we leave the yard.

  1. 01

    Licensed and insured

Both are in place before anyone sets a ladder against your house. If something goes wrong on the job, you are not the one left holding it.

  2. 02

    We stand behind the work

Every job carries a 10-year labor warranty. If our installation causes a problem in that time, we come back and make it right.

  3. 03

    You see what we see

We take photos up on the roof and walk you through them at the kitchen table. Soft decking, lifted shingles, cracked boots around vent pipes. You know exactly what you are paying for.

  4. 04

    Repair when repair will do

Plenty of roofs just need a few shingles, new flashing or a sealed vent. If a repair will hold for years, that is what we recommend. We only talk about a new roof when patching would be money down the drain.

  5. 05

    Your yard treated like ours

We cover plants and lay tarps before tear-off. At the end of each day we pick up debris and run a magnet over the lawn and driveway for loose nails.

Roofing, Gutters and Siding for Your Home

Most of our work is roof repair and roof replacement on asphalt shingle homes. We also do roof inspections, storm damage repair after wind and hail, gutters, and siding. These all work together to keep water off and out of your home, so we look at them together. If a leak starts at a clogged gutter or a loose piece of siding, we tell you that instead of selling you a roof.

    Roof Replacement

When patching no longer makes sense, we tear off the old roof, fix the wood underneath and build a new one that sheds water for years.

  • Roofer in gloves and a tool belt pressing down asphalt shingles beside a new black pipe boot, with a hammer and a loose shingle on the roof and brick homes beyond

    Roof Repair

We find the spot where water or wind is getting in, fix that part of the roof properly and leave the rest alone.

  • Roof Inspections

A free top-to-attic look at your roof, with photos of anything wrong and an honest answer on whether it needs work now, later or not at all.

  • Storm Damage Repair

After hail, wind or a fallen limb, we check your whole roof, photograph the damage and fix what the storm actually broke.

  • Gutters

New one-piece gutters, repairs, downspouts and guards, pitched so water leaves your roof and stays clear of your foundation.

  • Siding

Cracked, loose or worn-out siding fixed or replaced, with the wall underneath checked before anything new goes on.

What Changes the Cost of Your Roof

Every roof prices out a little differently. A number given over the phone before anyone has been up there is a guess. These are the things that really shift the total, and we go over each one with you after the inspection.

After the inspection you get a written estimate with each item listed on its own line. If we find something unexpected during the job, we stop and show you before doing any added work.

Size and pitch
More square footage means more material and labor. A steep roof takes extra safety gear and slows the crew down, so it costs more than a low, walkable one.
What is under the shingles
We cannot see the decking until the old roof comes off. Plywood that has gone soft from years of small leaks has to be replaced, and that adds cost. We photograph any bad boards and show you before we swap them.
Number of layers
Some older homes have two layers of shingles. Tearing off both takes more time and more dumpster space than one.
Material choice
Standard architectural shingles, upgraded impact-rated shingles and different underlayments all price differently. We lay out the options and what each one gets you.
Flashing, vents and details
Chimneys, skylights, valleys and wall joints need flashing done by hand. A simple gable roof costs less than one with lots of angles and penetrations.
Gutters and siding tied in
If gutters or siding need work at the same time, doing it in one trip often saves you a second setup. We price each part separately so you can choose.

From the First Phone Call to the Final Walk-Around

Five steps, start to finish. At each one you know what comes next and who to talk to.

  1. 1

You call, we set a time

Tell us what you are seeing, a stain on the ceiling, missing shingles, an old roof you are worried about. We pick a day and time to come out that fits your schedule.

  2. 2

    Free inspection

We go up on the roof and check shingles, flashing, vents, gutters and the attic if we can get to it. We take photos the whole way.

  3. 3

    Plain answer and written estimate

We show you the photos and tell you what needs work now, what can wait and what is fine. You get a line-item estimate and time to think it over.

  4. 4

    Work day

We protect your plants, siding and driveway first. Most roof replacements on a typical home take a day or two depending on size and weather. We keep you posted if rain pushes the schedule.

  5. 5

    Final look together

Old shingles and scrap leave your property with us. Once the grounds are clear, we look over the finished roof side by side with you and answer anything still on your mind. The after photos are yours to keep.

A Local Roofer That Answers the Phone

Roofing Hebron is a local company doing roofing, gutters and siding for homes around Northern Kentucky. We are the people who show up, climb the ladder, and give you a straight answer. No scripts and no high-pressure sales visits.

Our winters bring freeze and thaw cycles that work water under shingles and build ice along the eaves. We build with that in mind, with ice and water shield at the edges and in the valleys, and flashing that is sealed right the first time. It is the same care we would want on our own houses.

Questions We Hear a Lot

Is the roof inspection really free?
Yes. We come out, go up on the roof, take photos and tell you what we see at no cost. There is no obligation to hire us afterward. Plenty of people use the inspection just to know where their roof stands.
Can my roof be fixed, or is it time to replace it?
That comes down to the roof's age and how far the damage has spread. A handful of missing shingles or one cracked vent boot gets fixed. When shingles are curling and shedding granules across every slope, or the decking feels soft in several places, a patch will not last. We go through the photos with you and give you our honest opinion either way.
Hail or wind hit my roof. Where do I start with insurance?
Start with a look at the roof before you file. We photograph any wind or hail marks and explain in plain words what we found and what it means. You make the claim with your insurance company, and if you like, we can be on the roof when the adjuster visits to point the damage out. We are not your adjuster, and we never promise what your policy will pay.
Do you have any current offers?
Right now we have Limited Time — $50 Off Your First Service Call. Mention it when you call and we will note it on your estimate.
Will the work mess up my yard?
Roof work is noisy and there is debris, but we keep it under control. We cover plants, put tarps down along the house and clean up every day. Before we leave we run a magnet over the lawn and driveway to pick up stray nails.
Do I need to be home while you work?
Not for most of it. We like to talk with you at the start of the day and again at the end so you can see the progress. If we find something that changes the plan, we call you and walk you through the photos before going further.
Do you also do gutters and siding?
Yes. Gutters and siding are a big part of keeping water away from your home. We can replace or repair them on their own or alongside a roof job, and we price each part separately.
